Mike's parents began their journey of faith when he was just four years old. From that point on he was raised in church. On April 17, 1966, at the tender age of ten, Mike made a personal decision to follow Jesus as his Lord and Savior. Three years later he began speaking in churches, following what he sensed was a life long calling to preach the Bible and eventually to pastor.
When Mike graduated from high school he went to Bible College in Nashville Tennessee . It was in his second year there he met Robyn and married her six months later on April 17, 1976. In 1978 they moved to Lynchburg , Virginia to attend Liberty University . While they were there, their first two children, both sons, were born.
In January 1982 they came to Baltimore , Maryland to start Grace Church, which began an adventure that has lasted to this very day!
In February 1996 Grace Church experienced a new beginning . From that time on, the church began transitioning to a more contemporary church that was focused on reaching the unchurched in the area. Mike was influenced by a book he read in April 1998 by Pastor Rick Warren entitled The Purpose Driven Church . What has happened since then has been an exciting story. Mike's dream of compassionately reaching people who are not part of any church is being realized. Seeing lives changed is his heart's desire.
In June 2006, we change our name from Grace Church to LifeBridge Church , as we prepared to move into our new facility. On February 18, 2007, God blessed us again and we moved into our brand new 30,000 square foot facility in the Hidden Grove Business Park .
Mike enjoys working together with the leadership team at LifeBridge. The men who work alongside him are his good friends, as well as co-workers. He feels very blessed to work in a casual, relaxed, fun loving, yet serious minded environment, where people are being reached for Christ. His passion is to communicate the Bible clearly and practically, to lead the church to fulfill the vision God has given it, and to build and lead leaders.
Mike and Robyn have been blessed with five children: Michael, Brandon, Amber, Allison, and Philip. In his personal time he loves to jog, to work around the house, and to eat out with his wife and friends!

Bobby grew up in a Christian home and spent a lot of time in church. Having come to a point in his life, and realizing that without Jesus Christ as Lord and Savior there was no chance for heaven, as a young man, he knelt at an alter and invited Jesus to have total control of his life.
Like many teens Bobby walked away from his faith while in high school and focused his attention on things that were not very Christ-like, that followed him into his adult years.
At the age of 28, on a Saturday night while at a party drunk and as far away from God as he could be, God tapped him on the shoulder and asked a simple question... "Is this where you want your son to be when he is your age?" A simple question that would change his life forever.
The next day, a Sunday in August of 1997, Bobby walked through the doors of Grace Church (now LifeBridge Church ) hung-over and searching for answers. His life has not been the same since. In 2001, he joined the staff of leaders at Grace, and has been involved in reaching the unchurched for Christ. In June 2004, Bobby was ordained as a Pastor at LifeBridge Church .
Bobby is married to a wonderful woman, Tracey and is blessed with two beautiful children, Tyler and Gabrielle. In his spare time Bobby enjoys spending time with his family and friends, listening to music and playing sports.
Bobby enjoys working with the team at LifeBridge. The men have become very close to him and are an important part of his life. His passion is to see unchurched people come to a saving relationship with Jesus and become fully committed followers of Christ.

Jeff was raised, in an all too often, broken home. His mom, wanting her son to know Christian values, took him to church on a regular basis. At the age of 13 Jeff made a personal decision to ask Jesus Christ to be the Lord and Savior of his life.
Like many young people, Jeff strayed from his faith late in high school. After his graduation from high school, Jeff enlisted in the United States Marine Corps.
At the age of 22, Jeff encountered a challenging time in his life. Living in this world was becoming more and more difficult without depending on the One he had placed his faith in. He was confused and lonely, and out of concern, his sister invited him to church one Sunday. In August of 1988 Jeff stepped through the doors of Grace Church (now LifeBridge Church ) and things were about to change.
Since 1988, Jeff has grown in his faith and commitment to Christ and to the body at LifeBridge. In 1998 Jeff began a new chapter in his walk by joining the staff of leaders at LifeBridge. Since then he has enjoyed being a part of a team that has as it's primary goal to reach people for Jesus Christ. In June 2004, he was ordained as a Pastor at LifeBridge Church .
Jeff has been blessed to build strong friendships with the leadership team at LifeBridge. He enjoys spending work and playtime together. Jeff loves seeing people grow in the Lord, and encouraging those who serve at LifeBridge.
Jeff is married to Rachel and is blessed with two children, Benjamin and Bethany, and they live in Harford County .
In his personal time Jeff loves to eat, play games on the computer and harass his wife and kids.
